Pamela Werner: NPC Ep 1

January, 1937 in Peking China. A foreign woman's body is found in the Badlands. She is partially clothed and her body has been mutilated. The woman is soon identified as 19 year old Pamela Werner: last seen leaving the skating rink in the Legation District at 7:00 in the evening. Pamela was due home at 7:30 for dinner, but she did not make it. There are a host of suspects and possible reasons for her death. Can we ever do justice to Pamela, even after 85 years?
